🔁 Returns
Zenvia accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- No signs of damage, wear, or tampering
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Custom or made-to-order products
To initiate a return, please contact us at zenvia9413@thezenvia.com with your order number and reason for return.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
⏰ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at zenvia9413@thezenvia.com.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photo or video evidence
We may not be able to process claims submitted after this timeframe.
